Sea Life Centre

So me and my partner took our son to Sea Life centre in Birmingham. Last time I went there was when I was at secondary school, on a art trip. Some bit has change and some bits has stayed the same from since I was little.

Tyler really enjoyed, love looking at all the fish and other sea creatures. Definitely like the jelly fish, but that's mainly because it was like a sensory room, the tanks changed colour. He also really liked the penguins that was there. We brought a book and a pirate hat for Tyler when we was in the shop.

Banana and Raisin loaf cake

Ingredients

110g Butter

110g sugar (I used caster sugar)

2 eggs

3 bananas

225g self raising flour

140g raisins

1tbs vanilla extract

2tbs pure runny honey

Method

Prep: 10mins.    Cook: 45mins.

1. Preheat oven to 180c. Cream together butter and sugar.

2. Add beaten eggs

3. Mash bananas and to mixture.

4. Sift and fold flour and add raisins, vanilla extract and honey to the mixture.

5. Bake in a greased loaf tin for 45 minutes and allow cool for 10 minutes.
